Class Timetable

Monday 6:15- 7:45pm (Beginners 2)

Tuesday 10:00 -11:30am (Intermediate)

Tuesday 6:15 - 7:45pm (Pregnancy  class)

Wednesday 7:00 - 8:30pm (Intermediate)

Thursday 6:15 - 7:45pm (Beginners 1) (gentle yoga postures focussing on loosening the joints, developing core muscle strength, supporting the back & developing co-ordination, self awareness& self confidence. Breathing techniques to establish natural, relaxed rhythms of breathing & Yoga Nidra deep relaxation to release physical, emotional & mental tension).  This class is also suitable to support people dealing with ME, CFS, cancer, anxiety & stress or any sort of illness or recovery from surgery 

Small group classes are £7.00 for 1 1/2 hr class, some concessions available. Private classes can also be arranged for up to 7 people for £49 or £37.50 during week days.

  • Yoga, Yoga Nidra & meditation for ME/CFS, recovery from illness, surgery on Thursday evenings
  • Private yoga classes for up to 7 people can also be arranged at a time that suits you - for £49 per class at my yoga studio, evenings and weekends, £37.50 during the day.

About the teacher, Rebecca Allen:

I am a Satyananda Yoga (also known as Bihar School of Yoga) & British wheel Teacher, registered and insured by the British Wheel of Yoga.

I am qualified to teach Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Yoga Nidra, Meditation practices, yogic physiology and hatha yoga cleansing practices. I also have also completed the Birthlight basic level certificate in perinatal Yoga and The Prison Phoenix Trust & British Wheel of Yoga module to teach yoga in prisons.

I have been teaching yoga and pregnancy yoga in London & Somerset since 1996. I have recently moved to Sheffield.
